The company unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or any other technical devices. Please be aware that violation of this will be subject to penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
1. No one shall collect email addresses by using programs or other technical devices to automatically collect email addresses from internet homepages where the intent to refuse email address collection is specified.
2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
3. No one, knowing that an email address has been collected, sold, or distributed in violation of the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, shall use it for sending information. [Added on 18th December, 2002]
Article 65-2 (Penalty)
The following paragraph 1 shall be subject to a fine of up to 10 million won:
1. Those who violate the provisions of Article 50, paragraph 4, by taking technical measures
2. Those who violate the provisions of Article 50, paragraph 6, by transmitting advertising information for profit
3. Those who violate the provisions of Article 50-2 by collecting, selling, distributing, or using email addresses for information transmission [Added on 18th December, 2002]
