Incheon Total Energy has established a comprehensive safety management system to oversee and support safety throughout the entire organization. This includes the Safety and Environmental Team under the supervision of CSO and safety supervisors and personnel within each business unit, responsible for managing safety within their respective areas of operation.

Health Management
Incheon Total Energy conducts various activities for the prevention of illnesses and the health management of its employees and executives.
Every year, it supports comprehensive health check-ups for all employees and executives and provides medical expense support services such as flu vaccinations and group insurance.
In particular, workers exposed to hazardous factors undergo regular special health assessments. The results of these assessments, as well as any accidents, injuries, or illnesses related to work, are thoroughly investigated to identify root causes, and corrective and preventive measures are taken.

Workplace Environmental Measurement and Hazardous Substance Management
Incheon Total Energy measures and analyzes hazardous factors in the workplace environment to create a clean and safe working environment, thus safeguarding the health of its workers.
Special examinations are conducted for employees involved in tasks related to noise and specific chemicals, among other hazardous factors.
In the event of a diagnosis of occupational illness, a systematic management approach is taken, including health counseling, health guidance, education, and categorization of diseases by type, carried out by a health management agency.

Health Education (Training)
Incheon Total Energy conducts health education concurrently with the monthly Safety Inspection Day on the 4th of every month. It provides practical education and training, including fire drills, emergency response training, and hands-on CPR exercises integrated with these activities.
